With over a decade of real estate experience and a background in financial services and team development, Tonya brings a unique coaching perspective to her work. As a certified life coach, she understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction - it’s a life transition. Her thoughtful, coaching-informed approach helps clients navigate both the practical and emotional sides of the process, turning what could feel overwhelming into an exciting next chapter.

Tonya specializes in helping clients find homes that match their ideal lifestyle, from low-maintenance townhomes to active-adult communities. Clients value her ability to combine clear strategy with empathy, guiding them toward homes that offer both community connection and personal freedom.

When she’s not serving clients, Tonya can be found paddleboarding the Boise River, playing pickleball, traveling, or exploring the local food scene with friends.
