Tifni Pennecard

Tifni has lived in the Treasure Valley since 1995. She and her husband share four adult children and now two beautiful grandbabies. They love the empty-nester life, which includes weekends at their cabin in McCall, traveling, golfing, and spending quality time with family and friends. Their home is also full of puppy energy thanks to their two new Shih Tzus.

Tifni’s hobbies and favorite pastimes include attending college and professional sporting events, traveling, staying active, and—most importantly—being an advocate for the community. She is passionate about participating in and contributing to charitable causes throughout the Treasure Valley.

A top producer since launching her real estate career in 2003, Tifni’s expertise spans residential resale, new construction, second homes, and investment properties across Ada, Canyon, Gem, and Valley counties.
