Teagan Petterson

Teagan has moved enough times that asking where he’s from requires a longer answer than most people are prepared for. He grew up as a military brat, living everywhere from Washington to Florida, with plenty of stops and more than ten moves in between. When he met his wife, Courtney, she eventually made him choose between her and moving every two years, so naturally they compromised by moving somewhere neither of them had ever lived. They chose Idaho for its balance of small-town culture, room to breathe, and enough civilization that they didn’t have to start raising livestock. Now they spend most of their time trying to keep up with their daughter, Liv, who can best be described as a small hurricane with legs.

Before real estate, Teagan worked in training, management, and consulting, traveling around the country helping teams work better together. He eventually wanted a career that kept him around people, let him move quickly, and gave him a way to build a great life for his family. Real estate checked the boxes. Today, he focuses heavily on new construction and relocations throughout the Treasure Valley. He’s energetic, helpful, and probably too sarcastic. 

When he isn’t working, Teagan is probably coaching rugby, buying another pair of shoes he can absolutely justify, hanging out with Courtney and Liv, or spending three hours making dinner because the kitchen is his happy place. He’s generally full of energy, always ready for the next idea, and firmly believes that if something sounds worth doing, there’s usually no reason to form a committee about it first.
