Suzanne Nichols

Suzanne came to the Treasure Valley more than 20 years ago and immediately knew it was home. She and her husband raised their blended family of four children here and now enjoy the empty nest phase in Eagle with their two beloved dogs.

Suzanne’s diverse career path - from running her own housecleaning business to supporting a wealth management group and coordinating marketing at a busy orthodontic practice - has always centered on caring for people. She brings that same dedication to her work in real estate, helping clients feel supported, informed, and excited throughout the buying or selling process.

Known for her warm personality and community connections, Suzanne loves building relationships and celebrating her clients’ milestones. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her golfing with friends, practicing hot yoga, hosting a lively get-together, traveling, or spending time outdoors with family.
