Abbie Ericson

Born in Boise and raised in Fruitland, Abbie is proud to call Idaho home. Now living in Caldwell with her husband, Ian, a firefighter, and their energetic son Everett, she balances the slower pace of country living with the energy of downtown Boise, where she serves clients from Pennecard Real Estate’s office.

Abbie began her career as a licensed assistant, spending three years learning the business from the inside out before becoming an agent in 2022. Today, she draws on that strong foundation to help clients navigate buying, selling, or investing with confidence - making the process smooth, exciting, and stress-free.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Abbie enjoying Idaho’s outdoors - hiking, skiing, camping, soaking in hot springs, or spending summer days at the lake with their 90-pound “puppy,” Dennis. She’s also an avid podcast listener, concertgoer, and a fan of a good food competition show.
